• Strong teaching, communication, and relational skills.

Responsibilities

• Cast a compelling vision and develop programs for youth and young adults.
• Design and implement a church-wide discipleship pathway across generations.
• Organize retreats, camps, and mission trips with strong relational impact.
• Engage with local schools, campus groups, and the broader community.
• Recruit, mentor, and multiply adult volunteers and leaders.
