Fee Fee Baptist Church is seeking a NextGen Pastor to oversee youth ministry and lead outreach initiatives. The role collaborates with parents to disciple 6th–12th grade students, builds a volunteer team, and coordinates events like camps.

A strategic plan for PreK–12th discipleship and partnerships with schools will shape the ministry’s growth. The candidate should demonstrate Christian maturity, a desire to shepherd the church, and an interest in revitalization ministry.

Qualifications

• Christian maturity and alignment with church beliefs.
• Desire to serve the local church as an overseer.
• Interest in revitalization ministry.
• 3–5 years of ministry experience preferred.
• Theological education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ministry to 6th-12th grade students.
• Partner with parents to disciple their students.
• Recruit and train a team of volunteers.
• Coordinate youth events, such as camp and DNow.
• Establish relationships with local middle schools and high schools.
• Create a comprehensive discipleship strategy for PreK-12th grade.
• Coordinate with Kids Director in discipling families.
• Lead FFBC’s outreach efforts.
• Plan and execute outreach events that mobilize the church around the world.
