Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits invites rising graduates to join the NextGen Leadership Program Associate in a two-year rotational track. You will gain hands-on experience across core functions, with intake and mentoring from senior leaders to accelerate growth.

The program emphasizes leadership development, cross-functional exposure, and teamwork in a dynamic, fast-changing market. Eligible graduates from December 2026 to May 2027 may apply for July 2027 start.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduating senior or up to 2 years post-graduation.
• Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred degrees include Business Admin/Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain/Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or multidisciplinary programs.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX.
• Must be 21 years old or older at the start of the program.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across four, six-month core functions, taking on leadership assignments and projects.
• Learn processes, methods, skills, knowledge, and experience to deliver value to the organization.
• Develop decision making, teamwork, critical thinking, and problem solving abilities.
• Exposure to senior leadership and building a national peer network.
