Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits is seeking highly motivated graduates for its NextGen Leadership Development Rotational Program (NGLP). The role offers hands-on rotations across core functions, intensive leadership training, and mentorship.

Start dates are July 2027 with locations in Miramar, FL and Dallas, TX, and a focus on developing the next generation of leaders within the largest beverage distributor in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduating senior or up to 2 years post-graduation.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX.
• Must be 21 years old or older at the start of the program.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across four, six-month core functions, taking on leadership assignments and projects.
• Learn the processes, methods, skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to deliver value to the organization.
• Gain an understanding of how to define a problem, scope a project, determine key deliverables, identify challenges, anticipate outcomes, and deliver tangible business benefits.
• Develop essential traits in decision making, teamwork, critical thinking, dealing with ambiguity, and problem solving.
• Exposure to senior leadership and building of a national peer network.

Compensation

Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with expected first year total earnings of $73000 / yearincluding bonus. Indetermininga final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

TheSouthern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits NextGen LeadershipProgram(NGLP)is atwo-year,rotational program sponsoredbyAmy Kickham, CHRO.NGLPis designed todevelop thenext generation ofleaderswithinthe largest wine and spirits distributorinthe U.S.As aNextGen LeadershipProgramassociate, youwillgainhands-onexperience through rotational assignmentsacross multiple functions.In addition, associateswithin the program benefit from intensive&ongoing training, leadership development, mentoring,and networking opportunities—including presentations to some of our company’s most senior executives.

• Commercial Strategy – Analyze market trends, customer insights, & competitive dynamics to support strategic initiatives that drive growth andoptimizecommercial performance.
• Trade Development – Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to execute brand strategies,optimizepromotional programs, and drive market share growth through data-driven trade initiatives.
• Supply Chain/Operations –Optimizelogistics, inventory,&supplier operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support seamless product flow.
• Finance – Support budgeting, forecasting, & financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Human Resources – Support organizational effectiveness initiatives that enhance employee experiences and drive business performance.

NGLP AssociateQualifications

• Mustbe agraduatingsenior orup to 2 years post-graduation
