Job summary

The Milwaukee Jewish Federation in Milwaukee, WI seeks a dynamic NextGen Director to build the leadership pipeline for Jewish young professionals. The successful candidate will design and run a multi-faceted leadership pathway, mentor emerging leaders, and collaborate across the organization to expand youth and young adult leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree; master's preferred.
• At least five years in nonprofit development or leadership development.
• Experience designing leadership development programs or curricula.
• Proven track record recruiting, coaching, mentoring volunteer leaders.
• Experience moving participants into governance roles.
• Familiarity with CRM and donor databases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience using social media platforms for outreach.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a multi-stage leadership development pathway.
• Identify and mentor emerging leaders for Milwaukee Jewish community.
• Grow philanthropy culture among young adults through giving and volunteerism.
• Measure outcomes and report progress to boards and national programs.
• Recruit and staff leadership programs and missions.
• Coordinate NextGen Council and mentorship programs.
• Develop engagement plans and outreach to newcomers and expatriates.
• Collaborate with MJF departments and community partners.
