Job summary

Milwaukee Jewish Federation seeks a dynamic NextGen Associate Director to shape engagement and philanthropy pipelines for Jewish adults in Milwaukee. Partnering with the Director of NextGen, you will lead cohort-based programming, grow the donor pipeline, and strengthen community connections across ages 20s–40s.

The role emphasizes relationship building, strategic planning, and program execution with a strong focus on creating meaningful pathways for leadership and giving within the Milwaukee

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in engagement, community building, nonprofit development, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience managing projects or initiatives with increasing ownership.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with young adults 20s–40s to create pipelines of involvement, leadership and philanthropy.
  • Lead cohort-based engagement strategies and oversee NextGen communications and programming.
  • Develop and implement leadership development curriculums with the Director of NextGen.
  • Plan and execute NextGen programs and initiatives aligned with organizational strategy.
  • Grow and manage a donor pipeline, increasing engagement, participation, and giving.
