Job summary

The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington is seeking an Associate Director, Donor Engagement, Next Gen to build relationships with donors and volunteers and advance the Federation’s mission through the Financial Resource Development team. You will identify, cultivate, and engage new donors while deepening ties with current supporters to grow annual giving and leadership involvement.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in annual fundraising, donor engagement, customer service, sales, or relationship management required.
• Strong donor-relations skills with proven ability to cultivate prospects and develop engagement strategies.
• Data-driven decision-maker comfortable with analytics and data management.

Responsibilities

• Deepen and strengthen connections with donors and prospects as a relationship manager.
• Cultivate and solicit a portfolio of donors, securing gifts as part of a $25M+ annual campaign.
• Collaborate with Next Gen volunteers and lay leaders to develop engagement opportunities and leadership development.
