Qualifications

  • 3+ years in engagement, community building, or nonprofit development.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience managing projects or initiatives with increasing responsibility.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and facilitation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with young adults (20s–40s) and create pipelines of involvement, leadership, and philanthropy.
  • Conduct one-on-one outreach to engage individuals and guide pathways for involvement, leadership, and philanthropy.
  • Partner with the Director of NextGen to design and implement leadership development curricula.
  • Lead cohort-based experiences and facilitate programs that build community and Jewish identity.
  • Oversee NextGen communications, including social media, newsletters, and digital engagement.
  • Manage event-related data tracking, CRM entry, and reporting to inform strategy and measure success.
  • Support NextGen administrative functions, including event logistics, registration, and follow-up.
  • Grow and manage a portfolio of NextGen donors and prospects, aiming to increase engagement and giving.
