Job summary

Union Gospel Mission of the Inland Northwest is seeking a leader to manage the Next Steps Program for women at the Women & Children’s Shelter in Spokane. You will supervise staff and volunteers, conduct intake interviews, and coordinate with Life Recovery and related programs to promote lasting recovery and supportive housing.

Qualifications

• College degree in Social Work or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent.
• Commitment to Christian faith and Mission values.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Next Steps Program and supervise volunteers and staff.
• Conduct client intake interviews for Next Steps and Life Recovery programs.
• Manage collaboration with WCS and WRS and coordinate weekly meetings.
• Maintain client notes and documentation in program systems.
• Lead community engagement and develop relationships with partners.
