Job summary

Scottsdale Bible Church is seeking a part-time Central Next Gen & Singles Coordinator in Scottsdale, AZ. The role supports planning, organizing and coordinating all Next Gen & Singles programs and events, reporting to the Central Next Gen & Singles Pastor.

The position requires strong organization, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects with volunteers across campuses. 20 hours per week and varied scheduling support ministry needs.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting student ministry or church programs is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate clearly with volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist the Central NextGen & Singles Pastor with ministry administrative functions, team assignments, communication, and projects.
• Update ministry calendars and direct webpage updates; coordinate communications and mail.
• Assist in planning and executing Central YTH Events and serve as communications director across campuses.
• Support pastors with event planning, mission trips, and budget monitoring as needed.
• Coordinate communications between campuses and staff for graphics and website maintenance.
