Cornerstone Church in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Next Gen Executive Pastor to champion leadership and spiritual shepherding of staff and teams across birth through young adult ministries. You will oversee Children's Ministry birth–4th grade and Student Ministry (5th–College), guiding strong teams toward shared Kingdom goals.

The ideal candidate brings a track record of ministry leadership at scale, strategic thinking, and mentorship.

Formación

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Ministry, Biblical Studies or Divinity.
10+ years in full-time ministry, including leadership of children's and student ministries.
Aligns with the vision, values, and doctrinal statement of Cornerstone.
Is a self-starter, self-reliant, and able to innovate.

Responsabilidades

Culture – create and sustain a culture within the team based on church values.
Vision – cast the church vision to the team and divisions.
Personnel – focus on leader development and recruiting high-capacity leaders.
Strategy – design strategic pathways for children and students to grow in faith.
Financials – oversee budgeting and stewardship of funds for teams.
Pastoral Care – provide care across teams through the Executive leadership.
