Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Robotics Technical Architect to define and lead the architecture for robotics intelligence platforms, multi-robot orchestration, and lifecycle services. You will collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, ecosystem partners and client engineering leaders.

You’ll bring 8+ years of robotics experience, deep expertise in ROS/ROS2, Python and C++, and a track record of production deployments in industrial or commercial robotics. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in robotics engineering or related fields.
• Experience architecting robotics systems in production.
• Proficiency in ROS/ROS 2, Python and C++ for integration.
• Hands-on with perception, localization, SLAM, motion planning, sensor fusion.
• Experience with fleet management and multi-robot coordination.
• IoT/industrial data, PLC/SCADA, MES/WMS/ERP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end technical architecture for robotics platforms.
• Architect robotics intelligence platforms including perception and planning.
• Define patterns for robotics foundation models and synthetic data pipelines.
• Lead multi-robot orchestration and fleet-management platforms.
• Design integration patterns across robot OEM systems and industrial stacks.
• Establish runtime/ platform architecture across cloud, edge, GPU infra.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to robotics teams.
• Support pre-sales with architecture proposals and risk assessments.
