The Arizona Department of Health Services seeks a Public Health Scientist Supervisor to lead the Newborn Screening Laboratory in Phoenix. You will plan, supervise, and ensure accurate, timely processing and reporting of newborn tests, adhering to CLIA and lab policies.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, QA reviews, budget oversight, and equipment maintenance. A Bachelor's in lab science with 4+ years experience is required; advanced degrees may substitute per policy.

• Bachelor's degree in laboratory science or related field with CLIA knowledge.
• CLIA minimum requirements for high complexity testing.
• At least 4 years of professional-level laboratory work experience.
