Job summary

This role requires optimizing laboratory cutoffs, building evaluation data frameworks, and translating outcomes into clear public information. You will serve as a technical SME for data-related issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years in statistics or data management.
• Master's degree substitutes for 2 years of work experience.
• Experience with large clinical datasets and data quality control.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute program performance evaluations using statistical analyses.
• Develop data analysis methodologies and review analytical cutoffs regularly.
• Direct subordinate staff, assign work, hire, and evaluate performance.
• Prepare reports for internal and external requests and coordinate data systems upgrades.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement data workflows.
