Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in laboratory science with 4+ years professional level work experience.
• CLIA minimum requirements for high complexity testing.
• Experience in a high-volume newborn screening laboratory preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan and direct daily activities; supervise subordinate staff.
• Monitor test analyses to ensure analytic performance.
• Conduct laboratory testing per SOPs.
• Oversee staff training and evaluate performance of testing personnel.
• Monitor budget, reagents, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Draft monthly Quality Assurance Reviews for regulatory compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.
