Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CPR Certification or must obtain upon offer.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and national holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Perform hearing screens for newborns and educate parents on test results and next steps.
• Ensure data collection and demographics are accurately recorded for each baby.
• Upload screen results and related state reporting by end of shift; reconcile statistics.
• Notify supervisor of missed and referred babies and schedule outpatient appointments as needed.
• Follow safety protocols, PPE requirements, and hospital orientations; maintain patient confidentiality.
