You will ensure accurate documentation, upload results, and coordinate follow-up care while maintaining compassionate patient interactions. The role requires high school completion (GED accepted), CPR certification, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays; daily tasks include data entry

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CPR certification preferred or obtainable on offer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on confidentiality.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform newborn hearing screens and educate parents on results and next steps.
• Collect demographic data, ensure accurate documentation, and upload results each shift.
• Schedule outpatient follow-ups for referred babies and coordinate with care teams.
• Maintain efficiency while preserving quality and patient/family education.
