• Active Bar Admission in New York, in good standing.
• 5–7 years of substantive employment law experience, with a strong focus on wage and hour litigation and counseling.
• Significant experience advising employers on compliance with federal, state and local wage and hour laws.
• Experience handling complex wage and hour matters, including class, collective and representative actions in federal and state courts.
• Experience defending and prosecuting breaches of restrictive covenants.
• Experience preparing and negotiating employment agreements, including executive compensation provisions.
• Ability to leverage AI-driven and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, client service, and quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Advise employers on workplace law issues, including employee relations, compliance, and risk management.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary Range: $280,000 – $315,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses
