Job summary

RRC Solutions Group’s Labor & Employment Practice Group in New York seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to lead sophisticated wage-and-hour and employment-law matters for a diverse client base. This role offers direct client interaction and the chance to work with seasoned practitioners on high-stakes litigation.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of substantive employment law experience, NY bar admission, and a track record handling complex wage-and-hour issues, restrictive covenants,

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in New York, in good standing.
• 5–7 years of substantive employment law experience, with strong focus on wage and hour litigation and counseling.
• Significant experience advising employers on compliance with federal, state and local wage and hour laws.
• Experience handling complex wage and hour matters, including class, collective and representative actions in federal and state courts.
• Experience defending and prosecuting breaches of restrictive covenants.
• Experience preparing and negotiating employment agreements, including executive compensation provisions, strongly preferred.
• Ability to leverage AI-driven and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, client service, and elevate the quality of legal work products.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary Range: $280,000 – $315,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses
