Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in New York, in good standing.
• 5–7 years of substantive employment law experience, strong focus on wage and hour litigation and counseling.
• Significant experience advising employers on compliance with federal, state and local wage and hour laws.
• Experience handling complex wage and hour matters, including class, collective and representative actions in federal and state courts.
• Experience defending and prosecuting breaches of restrictive covenants.
• Experience preparing and negotiating employment agreements, including executive compensation provisions.
• Ability to leverage AI-driven and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, enhance client service, and elevate the quality of legal work products.
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively within team-based environments.

• Advise employers on complex workplace law issues, including employee relations, compliance, and risk management.
• Draft and negotiate employment agreements, restrictive covenants, and executive compensation provisions.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary Range: $280,000 – $315,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses
