Qualifications

• Active Bar Admission in New York, in good standing
• 5–7 years of substantive employment law experience with focus on wage and hour litigation and counseling
• Experience advising employers on compliance with federal, state and local wage and hour laws
• Experience handling complex wage and hour matters, including class, collective and representative actions
• Experience defending and prosecuting breaches of restrictive covenants
• Experience preparing and negotiating employment agreements, including executive compensation provisions
• Ability to leverage AI-driven and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and client service
• Strong legal research, writing and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating within teams

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with substantial employment litigation experience who is looking to work on sophisticated matters for a diverse client base in a fast-paced, nationally recognized practice. Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in New York, in good standing
• 5–7 years of substantive employment law experience, with a strong focus on wage and hour litigation and counseling,
• Significant experience advising employers on compliance with federal, state and local wage and hour laws

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary Range: $280,000 – $315,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education, with eligibility for performance-based bonuses
