Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic finance, data analytics, corporate strategy, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and scenario analysis.
• Technical proficiency in Excel; coding or automation experience (e.g., Python, SQL, VBA, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for senior leadership, highlighting key trends, variances, and business drivers.
• Analyze financial, operational, and business data to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Build, standardize, and enhance reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and support firmwide initiatives.
• Assist with financial planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Handle sensitive financial information with professionalism and confidentiality.
