Job summary

Ferman Ford Clearwater is seeking a New & Used Sales Associate to guide guests through selecting, presenting, and purchasing vehicles, from inquiry to delivery, while delivering exceptional guest service and meeting sales targets.

This fast-paced automotive retail role requires strong communication, a friendly, professional demeanor, and the ability to work with internet leads, showroom traffic, and finance managers. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in selecting new and used vehicles based on needs and preferences.
• Present vehicle features, benefits, pricing, and financing options clearly and professionally.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives with guests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Follow up with guests after initial contact to maintain engagement and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions in CRM systems.
• Work with internet leads, showroom traffic, and phone inquiries to generate sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance managers to ensure smooth transaction completion.
• Stay knowledgeable about inventory, promotions, and manufacturer incentives.
• Appraise trade-in vehicles and provide accurate evaluations.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with dealership policies.
• Maintain a professional appearance and guest-focused attitude at all times.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and dealership events.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by sales management.
