Bartow Ford is seeking an Experienced Automotive Professional Salesperson to join its elite sales team. The New & Pre-Owned Sales Associate will answer questions about vehicles and services and guide customers through the car-purchasing process.

Candidates must bring high energy, strong communication, and a desire to earn a very respectable living. This role involves selling new and used vehicles, building relationships with customers, and working with the Sales Manager to reach objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling new and used vehicles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High energy, self-motivated with the ability to earn a six-figure income.

Responsibilities

• Manage and sell new and used vehicles.
• Present vehicles effectively to customers and handle objections.
• Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening.
• Develop relationships with customers to enhance the sales process.
• Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers.
• Report to the Sales Manager on objectives and activities.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.
