Jaded London is seeking a New Store Retail Operations Manager to lead the Miami store opening and ongoing shop operations. You will oversee setup, staffing, inventory, and systems to ensure a smooth launch and strong early performance.

You will manage a high-performing team, implement training programs, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience opening new stores or managing large-scale retail operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales forecasting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and training abilities.
• Data-driven decision making and analytical thinking are essential.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational setup for new store openings, including layout, merchandising, and stock control.
• Coordinate store openings with cross-functional teams (marketing, HR, logistics, VM).
• Hire, train, and manage a high-performing store team focused on customer experience.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory levels, and policy compliance.
