Job summary

Jaded London is opening a new Miami store and seeks an Assistant Manager to launch and run the shop floor. You will support the Store Manager, lead the team in their absence, ensure strong customer service, and coordinate with marketing, HR, logistics and visual merchandising to drive a successful opening.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of retail experience with supervisory responsibilities, a knack for inventory and merchandising, and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Experience supporting a new store opening or working in a high-volume retail environment is a plus.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Store Operations & Opening Support: assist with layout, merchandising, inventory control and stock replenishment.
• Team Leadership & Training: coach and motivate staff, onboard and train new team members.
• Operational Excellence: ensure efficient daily operations and control costs.
• Customer Experience: deliver exceptional service and resolve issues promptly.
• Sales & Financial Performance: help meet/exceed sales targets and support promotions.
• Continuous Improvement: review processes and stay updated on industry trends.
