Job summary

Jaded London is seeking a New Store Retail Operations Manager to lead the Miami store launch, ensure flawless setup, and drive sales from day one.

You will recruit and train a high-performing team, manage inventory and merchandising, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure a superior customer experience while meeting profitability targets. This full-time role is on-site in Miami and offers growth opportunities within the expanding brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Proven experience in opening new stores or managing large-scale retail operations.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales forecasting.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and train a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all operational aspects of a new store opening, including store layout, merchandising, inventory control, and stock replenishment.
• Coordinate and execute store openings in collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, HR, logistics, and visual merchandising).
• Ensure the store is ready for launch with all necessary operational systems in place (POS, stock systems, etc.).
• Hire, train, and manage a high-performing store team focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Develop and implement training programs that equip staff with the skills to meet operational and customer service standards.
• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability.
• Maintain and optimize inventory levels, ensuring that the store is always stocked with the right products.
• Implement merchandising and promotional strategies to drive foot traffic and sales.
• Regularly review store operations and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new retail technologies that can enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
