Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• 2-3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Rotational assignments in other areas of the store helpful.

Responsibilities

• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Direct and supervise team members in daily store operations.
• Mentor and coach team members; promote career development.
• Manage P&L, drive sales and control shrink.
