Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in home settings across Indiana. You will support children and families, implement ABA interventions, and collect data to monitor progress.

Qualifications

About Succeed ABA:

Succeed ABA is an ABA Therapy provider for children with Autism. We hire both Experienced and Entry-Level behavior therapists, as well as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The Succeed ABA team approach consists of constant trainings and support, so that each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care. At Succeed ABA, we value the dedication and work of each therapist, which is why we offer a high hourly pay rate of $18.00- $28.00 per hour. Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider in Indiana. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. We pride ourselves on having a high level of communication, support and guidance which helps each therapist feel confident in their role.

What is a Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT)?

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build upon skills that will help them be as independent as possible throughout their lives.
