Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Indiana provides in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with Autism ages 1-21. We hire both Experienced and Entry-Level therapists, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Under supervision of a BCBA, you will implement ABA interventions, collect data, and collaborate with families and program staff to ensure high-quality care. We offer supportive supervision, growth opportunities, and a competitive hourly pay rate of $18.00–$28.00.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation required.
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Effective communication in English; Spanish speaking a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
• Comfortable working in a team environment, or independently depending on program.

Responsibilities
