LifeScan Scotland Ltd. is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support new product initiatives from concept through launch, with a focus on robust financial models and strategic planning.

You will partner with Product, Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to build compelling business cases and drive disciplined investments. The role sits in the New Products FP&A group, offering cross-functional exposure in a high-visibility environment and hybrid work in the Greater Philadelphia area.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• Typically 3-5 years of progressive FP&A/strategic finance experience.
• Advanced excel financial modelling, scenario analysis, forecasting, and analytical problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of product and commercial economics, including pricing, volume ramp, margin, and cash flow implications.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP and EPM planning systems (JD Edwards, Hyperion, Hubble or similar).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• New Product Business Case Development & Investment Analysis: build robust business cases and investment models across product initiatives.
• New Product Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting: support budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range plans for the New Products portfolio.
• Performance Management & Analysis: develop KPI dashboards and variance analyses linking business cases to outcomes.
• Business Partnership & Support: partner with New Products org to inform strategy and engage leadership.
