Job summary

LifeScan seeks an FP&A Analyst to support new product investments, budgeting, and forecasting within the New Products portfolio. You will build robust financial models, scenarios, and business cases in collaboration with Product, Commercial, Marketing, BI and Supply Chain teams.

You will help ensure accurate financial planning, provide performance tracking, and present insights to senior leadership, enabling strategic growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 3–5 years in FP&A, strategic finance, or investment analysis.
• Advanced Excel modelling, scenario analysis and forecasting.
• Experience building business cases and financial models for new initiatives.
• Experience with cross-functional finance and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support New Product business case development and investment analysis.
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecast and long-range planning for New Products.
• Develop KPI dashboards and variance analyses against business cases.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Marketing, BI and Supply Chain teams.
• Partner with ERP/EPM systems to capture and report New Products data.
• Provide financial insight for senior leadership and Board materials.
