Job summary

LifeScan Scotland Ltd. is seeking a North America Revenue Manager, FP&A to lead NA revenue budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the US, Canada, and Mexico. You will manage a small team in Pennsylvania and partner with commercial, trade, and market access functions to ensure an accurate forecast.

The role requires strong FP&A and payer-channel knowledge, with a bias toward AI-enabled forecasting and robust executive storytelling for quarterly results and planning cycles.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in FP&A or revenue analysis with US payer/channel exposure.
• Bachelor's degree required; strong MS Excel and ERP experience.
• Experience presenting financial analysis to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue budgeting, rolling forecast, and AOP submissions for NA markets.
• Analyze variances by channel/country vs budget/AOP and prior year.
• Develop NA Revenue Analyst and consolidate insights into regional narrative.
• Partner with US/Canada/Mexico finance teams on payer mix and contract terms.
• Present performance and forecast to senior leadership and CFO/Board cycles.
