Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; MBA preferred; CPA/CFA or equivalent a plus.
• 5–8 years in Financial Planning & Analysis or similar role.
• Experience in international/multi-country settings; healthcare a plus.
• Advanced Excel and modelling; Power Query and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and consolidate International forecast cycles (F1–F4) and plans.
• Drive monthly close and variance analysis vs budget and latest estimates.
• Provide finance partner support to regional teams and leadership.
• Develop dashboards and automate recurring reporting processes.
