Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Leader of Semiconductor NPI & Ramp Planning to guide a team of Supply Chain Program Managers through execution from executive commitments to production ramp.

You will set priorities, drive cross-functional alignment, and oversee prototype silicon execution with foundries and OSAT partners, shaping scalable NPI processes and risk management. You will mentor a team, translate strategic commitments into actionable plans, and collaborate with Product Management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-10+ years of supervisory experience in a people leader role.
• Proven track record leading complex product introductions and manufacturing ramps in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience managing supply chain execution across global suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Deep understanding of the semiconductor supply chain with direct experience in foundry operations, wafer starts, silicon qualification, and OSAT.
• Strong knowledge of supply planning, capacity planning, demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of SCPMs responsible for product execution from Executive Commit through production launch.
• Establish organizational priorities, operating mechanisms, and performance expectations.
• Translate executive business commitments into actionable supply chain, manufacturing, and program execution plans.
• Drive cross-functional leadership and alignment across Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, and Quality.
• Oversee prototype silicon execution through foundries and OSAT partners.
• Develop and execute ramp strategies, drive risk management and mitigation, and establish scalable NPI and ramp planning processes.
