Job summary

Cisco is seeking a Leader for Semiconductor NPI & Ramp Planning in the United States. You will head a team of Supply Chain Program Managers, turning executive commitments into detailed plans that drive alignment across Product Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing.

You will shape ramp strategies, manage foundry relationships, and ensure smooth prototype execution through to production ramp, with a strong focus on accountability and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree required with 5-10+ years of supervisory, people-leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading complex product introductions and manufacturing ramps.
• Experience managing supply chain execution across global suppliers and partners.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor supply chain including foundry operations and OSAT.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SCPMs from Executive Commit to production ramp.
• Translate executive commitments into actionable supply chain, manufacturing and program plans.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across PM, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality.
• Develop and execute ramp strategies, manage risk, and scale NPI processes.
