Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in NPD or related PM roles.
• Experience with new product development from concept to production.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate diverse teams and manage timelines.

Responsibilities

• Capture product requirements, scope, and success metrics with Product Managers.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define strategy, schedule, budget and resources.
• Develop execution plans and tradeoff assessments with the team.
• Track activities, risks, and issues to keep programs on schedule and budget.
• Escalate issues to upper management when necessary and drive actions to closure.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.
