Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Project Manager for New Product Development in Carmel, IN and Colorado Springs, CO, offering a hybrid work model blending in-person collaboration with remote flexibility.

The role leads multi-location teams through a structured development process for mechanical and/or electronic products, with travel up to 20%. Bachelor’s degree required and 3+ years in NPD; CaPM or PM certifications are preferred. Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $100,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in New Product Development and/or Support.
• CaPM or other PM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Capture product/project requirements, scope and success metrics with Product Managers and Senior Program Managers.
• Lead cross-functional team (Product Management, Engineering, Design, Test, Finance, Operations) to set development strategy, schedule, costs, and resources.
• Establish execution plan, monitor progress, risks, and issues to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
