• Oversee value engineering and standardization of parts and processes.
• Identify material and process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Coordinate with Sourcing, Operations, and Finance to align objectives.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables with continuous improvement.
• Foster growth mindset and strategic oversight across the team.
