Position: New Product Development Manager

This role involves designing, coordinating, and executing pilot and pivotal in-life studies (laboratory non-clinical and field clinical) in compliance with global regulatory standards. It also supports post-approval pharmacovigilance by providing technical knowledge of marketed products.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate medical literature, create assessment tools, and design disease models for new therapies.
• Coordinate with CROs for studies, including protocol development, monitoring, data management, and technical content creation.
• Review raw data, audit reports, and assist with regulatory submissions to agencies like the FDA.
• Develop project timelines, milestones, and budgets for leadership review.
• Report progress and milestones to the Portfolio Project Manager.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
• 8+ years of experience in veterinary practice, industry, or academia, with expertise in animal studies, scientific writing, data analysis, and research.
• Knowledge of veterinary therapeutics, pathophysiology, and pharmacology.
• Proficiency with computer applications, introductory knowledge of GLP and GCP standards.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%. Remote work available; Pensacola preferred for in-office work.
