Visitors can become Pushly Push Notification subscribers without downloading an app, submitting an email address, or providing personally identifiable information.
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the CEO, Sales, and Account Management teams. This remote role is based in the Kansas City metropolitan area and reports to the CEO.
Your Role and Impact
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement annual comprehensive marketing plans to promote our product to current and future clients, including content publishers and e-retailers.
- Brand Management: Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials that align with our brand identity and messaging to assist with growth and sales.
- Website Responsibility: Drive results for Pushly's website performance and digital presence, ensuring a high-performing, conversion-focused user experience.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, preparing and presenting performance reports.
- Content Creation: Develop and deploy engaging content for digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Sales Enablement: Develop sales collateral, pitch decks, one-sheets, case studies, customer testimonials, and battle cards to support the sales team with compelling narratives and strategic positioning.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments to guide marketing-related aspects of the company's web presence. Work closely with the sales department to align strategies.
- Online Presence Expansion: Develop and expand the company's web presence through social media, email, web advertising, LinkedIn, and other online sources; promote the company brand through these channels.
- Trend Monitoring: Maintain current knowledge of trends and developments in online marketing.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned, such as assisting with marketing events, developing new marketing strategies, and supporting other teams. Opportunities may include leading cross-functional projects or taking on additional responsibilities as the company grows.
What You Need
- Minimum of 5 years in marketing roles, focusing on digital marketing and brand management in the tech or e-commerce industry.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms, with a willingness to learn new analytics software like Tableau or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
