Description

A TEKsystems client is seeking a dynamic Growth Marketing leader to spearhead demand generation, specifically in offline channels , to develop targeted marketing programs and leverage data to make impactful decisions and increase revenue. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our marketing plan aligns with business objectives and achieves operational excellence.
This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to the Vice President of Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing and go-to-market strategy to achieve revenue and pipeline objectives.
- Demand Generation: Responsible for strategy, creation, execution, and measurement of DRTV (Direct Response TV) campaigns. Review daily, weekly, monthly performance trends and direct optimization activities. Oversee DRTV budget pacing and media efficiency ensuring goals and KPI’s are met.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Partner with the Business Insights and Finance teams on forecasting DRTV KPIs. Manage bi-weekly updates to internal performance reporting documents and monthly updates to the marketing forecast.
- Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize existing offline campaigns and initiate omni-channel testing strategies to maximize ROI, drive lead acquisition and revenue.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage media and PBI dashboards to closely monitor campaign performance, extract actionable insights and refine marketing strategies for continuous growth.

The pay range for this position is $113500.00 - $129500.00/yr.
