Purpose

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our remote team at CENTEGIX. As a Product Leader, you will steer the strategic direction of our products, focusing on integrating and extending our products into a comprehensive platform. Your role will involve driving innovation and customer-centric solutions across various vertical markets including education, healthcare, and government.

Position Responsibilities

1. Own the product platform vision, market offering, roadmap, requirements, and priorities.
2. Define and manage the product roadmap, features, and requirements, collaborating closely with engineering teams.
3. Incorporate customer, operations, sales, and engineering feedback to act as the voice of the customer.
4. Communicate the product platform vision and updates both internally and externally.
5. Organize incoming product requests, prioritize features, and communicate with stakeholders and customers.
6. Develop go-to-market plans in coordination with sales, marketing, and partners.
7. Maintain expertise on current capabilities and the product roadmap at strategic and technical levels.
8. Collaborate with customers using mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to refine product direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical product-related role, such as engineering or product management.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive action without continuous oversight.
• Background in software, ideally with SaaS-based products and platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for customer visits, conferences, and meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or Business.
