You will work to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets while supporting NPD and tooling procurement to optimize production lines. Requirements include 0-3 years in a technical assembly process role, knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic systems and PLC programming, and familiarity with Fanuc / IA robotics, Solidworks and

Qualifications

• 0-3 years in a technical position with knowledge of assembly process.
• Electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC programming skills.
• Knowledge of programming robots (Fanuc, and IA).
• Knowledge of 3D modeling software (Solidworks, Catia).
• MS Office software.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and transfer new product processes in a timely manner.
• Achieving company goals for quality, cost, and delivery.
• Assist in the design and procurement of tooling/equipment for processing components and assemblies.
• Prepare required documentation for new programs.
• Develop new product assembly lines to meet quality, cycle time, and equipment cost targets.
• Attend and participate in NPD as scheduled.
• Design and implement assembly processes including layout, tooling and cycle times.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and production personnel.
