Job summary

I I Stanley Co., Inc, a leading automotive lighting supplier in Battle Creek, MI, is seeking a production operator to run the surface mount technology line and load components. You will maintain a clean work area, complete production documents, and adjust machinery for different products, while ensuring quality through visual inspection.

Responsibilities include safe cleaning, changeovers, preventive maintenance, and minor SMT repairs.

Qualifications

• Two years in automotive electronics manufacturing.
• PCB manufacturing experience.
• Understanding of basic electronics and PCB assemblies.
• Available for weekend and daily overtime.
• Internal candidates must have under 3.00 attendance points.

Responsibilities

• Run the surface mount technology line and load components.
• Keep a clean and well organized work area.
• Complete production related documents.
• Make changes to machinery to accommodate different products.
• Visually inspect boards to ensure quality.
• Safely perform cleaning, changeover, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on SMT equipment.
