Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a Full-time Patient Onboarding Associate to join our Marlton, New Jersey office. The role focuses on ensuring every new patient has a positive, seamless introduction to Ennoble Care services, making welcome calls, and scheduling initial visits with providers.

You will build strong patient relationships and set the stage for coordinated care by accurate intake of demographics and insurance data in the EMR, and clear communication about first visits.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills, able to handle high volume patient calls.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and able to build trust with new patients and families.
• Highly organized with multitasking and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers, EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Place welcome calls to newly enrolled patients and explain Ennoble Care services.
• Schedule new patient appointments and ensure accurate entry of demographics and insurance into the EMR.
• Provide patients and caregivers with clear information about first visits and address questions.
• Confirm appointment details with providers and coordinate with internal teams for onboarding.
• Document interactions, scheduling details, and follow-up needs accurately.
• Escalate urgent patient needs to clinical or operational staff as appropriate.
• Collaborate with intake, scheduling, and clinical teams to resolve onboarding issues.
