Ennoble Care in Marlton, New Jersey is seeking a Full-time Patient Onboarding Associate to welcome new patients and introduce Ennoble Care services, scheduling first visits with providers. You will be the first point of contact after enrollment, handling calls and collecting demographics and insurance details in the EMR while coordinating with clinical teams to ensure a smooth start to care.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills, with comfort handling a high volume of patient calls.
• Empathetic, patient-focused demeanor and ability to build trust quickly with patients and families.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage onboarding efficiently.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and EMR systems (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology and insurance basics is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Place welcome calls to new patients to introduce Ennoble Care and explain services.
• Schedule new patient appointments and enter demographics, insurance, and visit details into the EMR.
• Explain what to expect during first visit and address initial questions.
• Confirm appointment details with providers and coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
• Document patient interactions, scheduling details, and follow-ups promptly.
• Identify and elevate urgent patient needs to clinical or operational staff as appropriate.
• Collaborate with intake, scheduling, and clinical teams to resolve onboarding issues.
• Maintain a patient-centered approach with compassionate, clear communication.
• Support scheduling tasks to help meet departmental goals.
