Responsibilities

• Place timely welcome calls to newly enrolled patients to introduce Ennoble Care and explain services.
• Schedule new patient appointments and ensure accurate patient demographics and visit details in EMR.
• Provide patients and caregivers with clear information about what to expect during first visit.
• Confirm appointment details with providers and coordinate with internal teams for onboarding.
• Document patient interactions, scheduling details, and follow-up needs promptly.
• Identify and elevate urgent patient needs to clinical or operational staff as appropriate.
• Collaborate with intake, scheduling, and clinical teams to resolve onboarding issues.
• Maintain a patient-centered approach with compassionate, empathetic communication.
• Support department goals and assist with related scheduling tasks as needed.
