Ennoble Care is seeking a dedicated full-time Intake Coordinator to join our Marlton, NJ office. This role manages patient intake processes, coordinates referrals, and ensures confidentiality while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

The ideal candidate has experience with insurance verification, prior authorizations, and medical terminology, and can communicate effectively with patients and teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience verifying insurance across portals.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and coding terms.
• Ability to interpret policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in computer systems, spreadsheets, and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Manage patient intake processes, including referrals and admissions routing.
• Handle prior authorization requests and insurance information collection.
• Answer phones and collect referral/intake data accurately.
• Coordinate scheduling and assign appropriate personnel for cases.
• Verify Medicare/benefit eligibility when applicable.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and collaborate with multiple departments.
• Perform other duties as needed, including remote tasks.
