Elliot Health System is seeking a detail‑oriented Medical Office Associate to manage the new patient office at the Holt Ave location in Manchester, NH. You will handle referrals, schedule appointments, and coordinate with providers and referring offices within the Health System.

Key duties include collecting demographics and insurance data, obtaining prior medical records, and tracking referrals through Epic, ensuring timely and accurate information for patient care and scheduling decisions.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of related medical office experience.
• Experience in orthopedic rehab a plus; strong data accuracy and patient intake skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process referrals for new and existing patients and schedule appointments.
• Assist new patients and referring offices with the intake process and information flow.
• Answer calls, verify demographics and insurance, and ensure documents are complete.
• Obtain prior records and tests, track referrals, and follow up on outstanding items.
• Navigate Epic to document statuses and communicate with managers on urgent requests.
• Maintain logs and ensure compliance with department procedures.
